The 10th International Conference on Control and Optimization with Industrial Applications (COIA-2027) is organized by the Institute of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University, with the support of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan. COIA-2027 will be held both ONLINE and IN-PERSON at Baku State University, Baku, Azerbaijan, on July 7–9, 2027. Marking its 10th edition, the conference will bring together researchers, academics, and practitioners working in control and optimization to present recent results, discuss current research problems, and exchange scientific ideas. The conference program will cover theoretical and applied aspects of control and optimization, including their industrial applications. Participants will also have opportunities to establish scientific contacts and develop international research collaborations.The conference will feature invited speakers, presentations of contributed papers, and collaboration with international scientific journals and academic partners. The 1st Conference on Control and Optimization with Industrial Applications – COIA-2005 was held in 2005 in Botanic Park, Baku, Azerbaijan. As it was noted by specialists this event was the most representative conference on these topics. A number of experts from over the world participated in COIA-2005. Plenary talks were given by T.Rockafellar (USA), T.Basar (USA), A.Rubinov (Australia), B.Mordukhovich (USA), P.Pardalos (USA), Ch.Floudas (USA), V.Larin (Ukraine), F.Chernousko (Russia), V.Demyanov (Russia) and others. The 2nd conference of this series COIA-2008 was held in 2008 also in Baku and was also attractive for the specialists from all over the world. Considering the interest of the scientists and on order to attract new countries and institutions, it was decided to organize the 3rd conference in the series abroad, and thus COIA-2011 was held in Bilkent University, Ankara, Türkiye in 2011. There the proposal of a group of mathematicians from Bulgaria was accepted and the 4th Conference on Control and Optimization with Industrial Applications – COIA-2013 was organized in Borovets, Bulgaria in 2013. By the decision of the organizers, the 5th COIA was held at Baku State University, Baku, Azerbaijan in 2015. The 6th, 7th, and 8th COIA were also held at Baku State University, Baku, Azerbaijan, in 2018, 2020, and 2022, respectively. Because of the risk associated with the new COVID-19 infection, the 7th COIA-2020 has been converted into a completely virtual event. This decision has been taken due to the Coronavirus pandemic. COIA 2024 was held in hybrid format in Istanbul, Türkiye, on August 27–29, 2024, supported by IEEE and in partnership with Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, Institute of Applied Mathematics of Baku State University, and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University.
